AI-Powered Medical Assessment Platform
MEDSTRA
An AI-driven medical assessment platform built to streamline insurance underwriting through interactive virtual consultations. Medstra combines real-time voice and video, an AI doctor avatar, automated medical reporting, and secure data handling to deliver accurate, compliant, and scalable health evaluations.

- Built a full-stack platform Medstra — an AI-powered medical assessment system — using Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind, MongoDB, and Clerk authentication.
- Integrated HeyGen AI avatar with GPT-4, LiveKit, ElevenLabs, and Deepgram for real-time multilingual voice & video assessments.
- Implemented OCR (Tesseract.js), video processing (FFmpeg), AWS S3 storage, AI-generated medical reports, and role-based dashboards.
- Developed an AI-powered Timesheet Chatbot for Azure DevOps (TFS) handling timesheets, work items, and lifecycle management using WIQL, REST APIs, cron jobs, and Google Gemini LLM.
